What Multiply does

Multiply takes a video you have already published on TikTok and prepares it for your other channels — reformatted for each one, with your caption and your affiliate link attached. You connect your TikTok account once. After that, posting on TikTok is the only step that is yours.

These terms are the agreement between you and us for using it. They are written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

Your account

You can sign in with a password, with a link we email you, or with Google. Anyone with access to your email can sign in with a link or reset your password, so keep your email secure, use a password you do not use anywhere else, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has got in. You can also turn on two-step sign-in in Settings, so a code from your phone is needed as well.

You need to be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and old enough to hold accounts on the platforms you connect.

Your content stays yours

You keep every right you have in your videos, captions and products. Nothing here transfers ownership.

You give us permission to store, reformat and send your content to the destinations you have chosen, for as long as you use the service. That permission exists so the product can do its job, and it ends when you delete your account or disconnect the destination.

Connecting other accounts

When you connect a platform, you are authorising us to act on that account in the specific ways the platform's permission screen describes, and no further.

You can disconnect at any time from the Connected accounts page. We delete our copy of the access it gave us and cancel anything still queued for it.

Some platforms have terms that apply to you directly, on top of these. Connecting a YouTube channel is one of them: Multiply's YouTube features are built on YouTube API Services, and using them means you are also agreeing to YouTube's Terms of Service. Google's privacy policy applies to what Google handles. Both are linked below, and we would rather you read them than discover them.

Posting to TikTok

Once TikTok has approved Multiply to post, connecting TikTok can also give Multiply permission to publish to your TikTok account. We only send a post to TikTok after you have approved it. You review it on Multiply's approval screen and choose who can see it, whether others can comment, duet or stitch, and whether it promotes your own brand or is a paid partnership. None of those is chosen for you in advance.

Sending a post yourself from Manual Post, after making those choices, is your approval. Posts that Multiply makes automatically, and posts you ask for through an AI assistant you have connected, wait on Post Status until you approve or decline them. An assistant cannot approve them for you.

If you switch on Auto approve for a TikTok account, you make those choices once, in advance, and a waiting post is approved with them after 30 minutes unless you approve or decline it yourself first. It is off until you turn it on, and you can turn it off at any time.

Until TikTok has finished reviewing Multiply, TikTok only lets posts made through Multiply be seen by you. Declaring commercial content accurately is your responsibility under TikTok's rules.

What you are responsible for

You are responsible for your content and for following the rules of each platform you send it to. We cannot make a post compliant on your behalf.

• Marking paid partnerships and affiliate relationships wherever the platform or the law requires it.
• Holding the rights to the music, footage and images in your videos.
• Keeping to each platform's own terms — connecting an account here does not change them.
• The accuracy of the product links you add.

Plans, payments and limits

Plans are counted in source videos: Starter at 19.99 a month for 90 source videos, Creator at 29.99 a month for 150 source videos, Pro at 49.99 a month for 300 source videos, Enterprise at 99.99 a month for 1000 source videos. One video counts once, however many destinations it reaches.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe, monthly or yearly, at the price shown before you confirm, and renew automatically until you cancel. You enter your card on Stripe's own page, so we never see or store it.

A new plan may start with a free trial. When it does, its length is shown before you confirm, a card is needed to start it, nothing is charged during it, and the plan's first payment is taken when it ends unless you cancel before then.

You can cancel at any time from your subscription page. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep what you have paid for until the end of the current period.

When you reach your limit we stop and tell you. We do not silently continue and bill you for the overage. You can buy extra videos for the current period as a separate purchase; buying them automatically is off unless you switch it on, and even then happens at most 3 times a period.

AI slideshows are a separate, optional subscription, paid for in slideshow tokens, at the price shown before you buy.

What we do not promise

Every destination is somebody else's platform, and they decide what they accept. We cannot guarantee that a post is accepted, that a platform's rules stay the same, or that an interface we depend on keeps working.

Where a platform does not allow apps to post on your behalf, we prepare everything and hand you a ready-to-post download. That is the honest limit of what we can do there, and we say so rather than implying otherwise.

Noticing that you have posted depends on TikTok's own interface. If TikTok changes or restricts it, that part may stop working, and we will tell you if it does.

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost sales or lost commission.

Things you must not do

Do not use Multiply to publish content you have no right to, to impersonate anyone, to break a platform's rules, or to interfere with the service or other people's use of it.

Ending it

You can stop at any time, and you do not have to ask us. Settings → Data and privacy → Delete my Multiply account closes it immediately and deletes what we hold for you — your products and links, your storefront, your videos and the versions made from them, your analytics, and the access every connected platform gave us. It cannot be undone and we keep no copy.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other creators at risk. Where we can, we will tell you why first.

Changes

We will update these terms as the product grows. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you rather than quietly changing the page.
